SyncPoint Media (“SyncPoint,” “we,” “us”) operates https://syncpoint.media and related services (streaming portal, Music Pack checkout, WordPress blog at /blog/). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
1. Information we collect
You provide
- Contact and lead forms: name, organization, email, phone, message
- Checkout and accounts: business details, billing address, email, password (stored hashed)
- Support requests and portal activity related to your subscription
Collected automatically
- Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps)
- Stream access controls (e.g. registered public IPs for a licensed location)
- Cookies or similar technology needed for sessions (cart, login) and security (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Analytics
On public marketing pages we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic. Portal and admin areas are not intended for marketing analytics tags. Our WordPress blog may use Google Site Kit / related Google properties when configured.
2. How we use information
- Provide streaming access, downloads, billing, and customer support
- Respond to inquiries and improve our products
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized stream sharing
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by PayPal (and may include other processors in the future). Card and PayPal credentials are handled by those providers — we do not store full payment card numbers on SyncPoint servers. We may store subscription IDs, order IDs, amounts, and payment event references needed for account management.
4. Sharing
We share data only as needed with:
- Payment providers (e.g. PayPal)
- Infrastructure vendors (hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare, analytics)
- Authorities when required by law
5. Retention
We keep account, billing, and stream records for as long as you have an active relationship with us and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. Contact form messages are retained as needed to handle your request.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, access-controlled stream URLs, and hosting security practices appropriate for a small B2B service. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
- Request access or correction of account data by emailing support
- Cancel your subscription / close your account (subject to our Terms and Refund Policy)
- Control analytics cookies via your browser settings where applicable

Our services are directed at businesses, not children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version with a revised effective date.
