This Music Pack License (“License”) applies when you purchase a SyncPoint Media Music Pack (downloadable ZIP or similar package). It supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about pack files, this License controls.
1. Grant of license
Subject to payment and these terms, SyncPoint grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Music Pack audio files for commercial background / ambient playback at one (1) physical business location that you operate (for example: one restaurant dining room, one retail storefront, or one sanctuary).
2. Permitted use
- Load and play the files on your in-house sound system, media player, or local playlist software
- Make reasonable backup copies for that same licensed location
- Continue using the files at that location after purchase (no monthly fee for the pack itself)
3. Not permitted
- Use at additional physical locations without buying additional pack licenses or a multi-site agreement
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the files (including sharing download links)
- Upload tracks to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, or other consumer/public platforms
- Use in radio broadcast, TV, film, games, apps, ads, or products sold to third parties without written permission
- Claim ownership of the underlying compositions or recordings
4. Delivery and downloads
After payment, we email a download link and/or enable portal access. Download links may expire or have attempt limits for security; contact [email protected] if you need a reset.
5. Relationship to streaming plans
Music Packs are separate from SyncPoint streaming subscriptions. A pack does not include a live stream player; a stream plan does not automatically include pack ZIP files unless listed as part of a specific offer.
