Yes. Every track in our curated stations is cleared for commercial background / ambient playback at your licensed location. Your SyncPoint subscription covers the licensing for our streams — you do not need a separate PRO (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GEMA, etc.) license for that SyncPoint music. It does not cover music you play from Spotify, YouTube, or personal libraries, and it does not cover live performances, DJs of other catalogs, or karaoke of third-party songs. See licensing. Any device with a web browser and internet connection — a phone, tablet, PC, or smart display. Open your secure player link, connect the device to your sound system if needed, and press play. No special hardware or app is required.

Streaming plans include continuous curated genre stations (Chill Lounge, Retail Pop, Corporate Ambient, Sacred Ambient, Classic Ambient, and more). Custom scheduling, ads, and branded sub-stations are on Server Pro and Community. Contact us if you need that layer.

Streams are delivered from our Azuracast backend through Cloudflare's global network for stability and performance. If your internet briefly drops, most players will buffer and resume automatically when connectivity returns. For mission-critical venues, we recommend a dedicated connection for your player device. If the room cannot depend on internet, a Music Pack is the offline ZIP for that one location.

• Syncpoint Media Server — $14.95/month — one site license, genre station, 24/7, ad-free web player
• Syncpoint Media Server Pro — $21.95/month — plus custom genre and optional ad/promo insertion
• Syncpoint Media Community Server — $34.95/month — plus client programming, storage, and a dedicated sub-station
